Forum brings executives and thought-leaders together to dialogue and network about customer

EL SEGUNDO, CA (February 1, 2015) – SmartAction, the leading provider of artificial intelligence voice self-service systems, today announced that it will sponsor Consero’s 2015 Customer Experience Forum taking place on March 15-17, 2015, at The Biltmore Miami Coral Gables in Miami, FL. Representing SmartAction will be Steve Prodger (Senior Vice President, Sales) and Brooks Rawlins (Vice President, Sales).

The Consero Customer Experience Forum addresses pressing issues and challenges facing customer experience leaders, and provides executives with an opportunity to learn more about how to perform at a higher level. The event will feature general information sessions, facilitated discussions, and interactive workshops. This year’s Forum will center on how to utilize data in designing a customer experience strategy.

The Forum will feature a general session, “The Path of Least Resistance: How the Effortless Experience Can Improve Your Customer’s Relationship with You,” moderated by SmartAction’s own Steve Prodger. The session will answer a number of questions about the effortless experience for which call centers ought to strive.
