David Brown has over 10 years of experience building and leading professional services teams at various technology companies. At SmartAction, he is responsible for the timely delivery of quality applications as well as the overall satisfaction of our customers after an application has gone live. Responsibilities in this role include managing the quality assurance and project management teams to ensure that the design, development, and testing phases of our projects are successfully carried out and that our customers continue to realize the full potential of SmartAction solutions over time. Prior to joining SmartAction, David was the Director of Project Management Office at a cloud integration company as well as responsible for project and account management at a national managed services provider.
