Quality Assurance Lead

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to join our Customer Operations team and help us grow. The QA Lead role is responsible for monitoring the overall health and performance of existing client applications as well as evaluating the overall quality of newly developed applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions will include roles in people management, process, standardization, and automation, production QA, monitoring, application analysis, and product QA, and professional development. The main functions are not limited to the following:
- Assist with the identification and tracking of bugs, provide supporting information to the development team and validate fixes once deployed
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
- Lead and mentor QA team members
- Daily monitoring of existing applications
- Escalate issues to QA Manager as needed
- Ability to work well and meet timelines across an interdisciplinary team
- Participate in the continuous improvement process for the entire team
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 3-5 years QA experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Be extremely detail-oriented
- Coding ability a plus
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
